Hi Neighbors, it’s Leah! I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself as your new HOA secretary/treasurer! My husband and I moved here in August of 2024. We have three girls Ella (16), Sophia (10), and a little angel baby, Laci Joy (she’s 1)! I wanted you to know how much I value community and friendship and look forward to serving each of you! With that
I’d like to add that I would love to start a neighborhood text chain / support group in the events any of us would like to communicate as a whole community, whether you will be going out of town and would like people to keep a watchful eye on your place or you’re having surgery, lose a pet, etc.! All voices here matter and will be heard! So, if you would like your name and phone number added to the group text, please leave your name and phone number in 2124 mailbox and I will be sure to get that started in the next week or two… be looking for a welcome text! HOA MEETING Minutes January 12th 2026
Call to order meeting started a little before 7pm

There was a question
whether
we had established Quorum A brief discussion took place and we decided to move forward honoring the previous secretary for over 20 years of service!
A discussion about the fence
budget,
the back filling of funds will be ongoing for years to come to insure we have plenty of money secured in the future for any future repairs Motion to accept the budget passed
Discussions
We further discussed possible cove parties / blow ups for the kids…
bbq
are all possibles for available funds to serve our community and fellowship with enough interest!
We also discussed a lighting fund and plan on moving forward with lights out front to light up our entrance.
We also talked about securing another bench for the front, we have school bus aged kids that could benefit tremendously from a new bench!
