Front water hose: Brad is going to disconnect the hose and shut off water for the year.
Front electrical: Brad is going to do an inspection as it appears that something might have changed. He is also going to look at the cover for the outlet.
We discuss maintenance of the iron fence up front. I have a vendor who can scape and paint it for us.
We also discussed an idea of having a vendor make recommendation to the HOA members regarding the
member mailboxes. The idea would be to have him quote for replacement to our current standard and/or a quote to maintenance an existing install to remove rust and/or a quote to “add” / “enhance” the current mailbox to meet the standard. We would use 2024 to see who would voluntarily respond.
We went through the proposed 2024 budget. We both agreed with the proposed budget.

Thus, dues would be $130 for next year.
I propose to temporarily reduce our savings $1000 to minimize the impact of expenses to dues.
We have approximately $1500 in unpaid (delinquent) dues. When we send information a copy of the budget out, I will write a letter and
make reference
to this cost.
